The award aims to celebrate the people of Halesowen who have gone above and beyond for their community, making the constituency a better place to live.

Liz has transformed outdoor learning at Lutley and inspired countless children to develop a love and respect for the natural world. As a champion of sustainability, Liz has helped the school achieve their 11th Eco-Schools Green Flag Award. This is an internationally recognised accreditation that celebrates a school's commitment to environmental sustainability and climate action.

School leaders shared that, “Liz embodies everything we stand for at Lutley through her commitment to Learning, Caring and Aiming High – Together. She is an inspiration to our pupils, staff and wider community, and we couldn’t be prouder to see her recognised in this way.”
